For students who want to learn beyond weekly yoga classes but do not have the immediate or future intention of teacher certification. You are doing it for YOU!
This course is devoted to personal practice, theoretical lecture and reflective discussion. The 100 hours can be applied toward our full 200 hour certification course if you decide to continue on with the current session, or at a later date.
